What is Mediation?
Every
one curious about gets to know about mediation, there are several definitions written
about mediation but we are confused among all.
Our weakness is that we are finding happiness outside of the body. But realty
is just reverse what we think, real rejoice is inside of us. We have to find it. How we find it? That is mediation.
How to start Mediation:-
First take long breath and 4 to 5 time. after that sheet down in noise free place. and control your all emotions,thinking,negative ideas, and movement of body part.close your both eyes and concentration your mind on your breath. closely feel it how you taking it. how you through it.
Importance of Mediation :-
